🎓 Certified Image Consultant from the Style AND Colour Academy

🎉 I’ve Finally Done It! 🎉

I am beyond excited to share that I have officially received my qualification from The Style and Colour Academy for Image Consultancy! 🌟 This achievement marks a significant milestone in my journey, allowing me to offer professional Colour Analysis services to my wonderful clients.

I spent a total of 4 days in Malvern UK where I met the lovely Jo & Wendy (if anyone is considering training with them, they’re amazing) and learned the inner workings of colour analysis and re-training my eye to access undertones in the seasonal pallet. The course was broken out into 3 parts:

Part 1: 2 days in Malvern to learn draping technique and Colour Analysis training

Part 2: 4 week break. During this time to practice on our friends and family. A zoom session halfway through to pulse check on our progress

Part 3: 2 days in Malvern to learn makeup application, model testing, photoshoot for our business and distributing of certificates

Jo and Wendy (I like to call them my fairy godmothers) have collectively 40+ years experience in this industry and have taught me so much. I genuinely felt this training programme gave me everything I needed to succeed in my new found business.

With a strong foundation in fashion design from my time at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), I’ve always had a keen eye for style, textile science, and colours. My education and early career in fashion design has given me an upper hand in understanding how different fabrics, shades, and designs can complement one’s unique features. Now, with my Image Consultancy qualification, I can combine this expertise to provide even more personalised and impactful advice.

I am so grateful for the support of my friends, family, and mentors who encouraged me every step of the way. This qualification is not just a certificate; it represents my commitment to helping others feel their best through the power of fashion and style.
